Dorothy, Wags and Henry race in a hot air balloon, and the Captain and his crew race in the S.S. Feathersword. Along the way, The Wiggles get to fulfil their wishes: Anthony gets to play American football with the New England Patriots, Greg gets to paint his masterpiece with the artist Claire from Paris, Murray plays with a rock band, and Jeff conducts a string trio. They also meet new friends such as Magdalena the Mermaid, the King of the Road and the Queen of the Rainbow.
